It can be so overwhelming. I’ve stopped looking at TV news. I now select from online media what I want to read, in effect screening out that which is pushed out by magnates. Okay I may miss some stuff, but I’m self-regulating and I feel better at the end of the day.
Just me, I stopped watching the news about 3 years ago! I read a few people, but I can't listen to THAT MAN ever. It helps my anxiety level too, but still, the concern is there....
