Mostly, yes. But this week, my body is showing real signs of aging--I'm now on a heart medication. I do refer to myself as old now, although my really old friends--in their upper nineties--say that I am "newly old."
I’m right there with you. I’m on lots of meds, which surprises me because I’ve always been healthy. It’s an adjustment. I am definitely old, and I describe myself that way. Old body, young mind!
