Didi, I could feel the mind making up stories and then frightening itself with them. “Maybe all is well” at the end feels like such a gentle hand on your own shoulder. ❤️

I felt that hand of yours, on my shoulder so long ago. Thank you, Choti Bhai.

That means a lot to hear, Didi. I am just glad to be walking along the same path with you and watching the poems return every day. ❤️

And may they keep flowing. My suspicion is that they will. Off to bed now.

Yes didi. Have a sweet poem dream. Good night.

I truly used to do that, worrying about my disabled son. I finally put a stop to it about 15 years ago, but for decades, that was my pattern. Go to bed and worry about him, imagining scenarios as though if I thought the worst, then it wouldn't happen. Crazy.

Oh Didi, that doesn't sound crazy to me at all. When we love someone deeply, the mind sometimes thinks worrying is a way of keeping them safe. I’m glad you were able to put a stop to that pattern. ❤️

Me, too. Good for my mental health! Which, by the way, is strong, always has been. That is such a blessing I'm grateful for. And the pattern of writing a poem a day is returning!

Writing a poem a day is the best medicine for the mind, Didi. I am so glad to see that daily pattern coming right back to you.
