Oooh, do hate needles. Need to distract myself every time. Was a time I’d almost faint. Glad that’s past.

Been there, done that. So glad it's working for you Amrita! If the pain comes back, try leaning against the wall while pressing a tennis ball into that same spot to relief some of the pressure. That helps me some.
