So disorienting! Especially when I have no idea what happened. On my feet, walking with Boudewijn in downtown San Francisco, boom! on the ground. I've fallen three times in three months, so I'm in PT trying a variety of exercises, and I'm going to take a fall class at the senior center.

Thanks. Mostly. My wrists were really sore for a week. The one that already has a plate and eight screws in it didn't swell at all. The other one did.
