😂. They changed my medication when in the middle of the night, mine went to 74/56. Dr. didn’t like that.
When my son was a tiny infant (day 1)and we knew he would need open ❤️ surgery, I went to donate blood. They wouldn’t accept me until I drank two cups of black coffee and walked fast around the block! I don’t think they would have let me donate at all, but when they first refused me, I burst into tears and explained why i HAD TO. They relented.
Just so you know, Gilly, I have over 50 years of solid spiritual practice. It is serving me so well right now. Amidst all of this, my spirit is shining bright, and I have a pocket of tiny tools—remaining in the present, not pushing pain away, asking for help when needed, looking for small moments of joy. Remembering to send love to those beloveds I know and don’t know. —including you! I will get through this. Your note buoyed me up. Thank you.
You have had some life! Cliff hangers, many times over. You're an inspiration.
Ohhhhhh! Stay well.
On the third try, we found a medication that works well and doesn't tank my already low blood pressure.
Mine is very low too. Once, my PCP sent me to the local coffee shop.

Scary stuff. Hope you’re ok
I’m doing well heart-wise, Gilly—the heart medication is working, and PVCs aren’t considered lethal. Now my neck—that’s another matter!
Oh dear, wishing you well!
Thank you. This is a very hard patch—unrelenting pain.
I’m so sorry. That’s so hard to deal with both physically, mentally and emotionally. Take care

Definitely thought provoking. Glad you're still here!
I am now on medication that is calming them, but they are not lethal, it turns out. Atrial Fib, yes, but premature ventricular contractions, not.

oh my heart - good one Amrita!
